Renewal
Please be advised that on March 24,2026.Town staff approved the above-referenced
request for renewal of a temporary and conditional permit to allow the operation of a
concrete company on property at 235 Pleasant Valley Road.A-40 zone.This approval is
subject to the following terms and conditions:
l.The Temporary and Conditional Pennit will expire on March 24.2028.and must be
renewed before that time ifthe use is to continue.
2.lfthere are buildings.structures signs or other items that require a building permit or
other Town approvals/permits,all such approvals or permits must be obtained prior to
construction or use of the site.All free standing signs and/or building signs require
the issuance of a sign permit before they are erected.
