Know Ye. That THE J. E. S. REALTY COMPANY, a domestic
corporation organized and a xipting under the laws of the State of
Connecticut, and having its pvincipal place of business in the Town
of South Windsor, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut,
acting herein by JAILS T. FARREI36 its' Secretary hereunto duly
authorized
for the consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($l•) and other valuable considerations

received to its full satisfaction of THE TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, a
municipal corporation chartered under the laws of the State
of Connecticut and having its geographical limits within
the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut
do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said THE TOWN OF SOUTH
WINDSOR, its successors and assigns forever,.
All that certain piece or parcel of land located in the Town of South
Windsor, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut on the northerly
side of Sullivan Avenue so-called, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit
NORTHERLY by land now or formerly of Martin F. McGrath, et al,
one hundred ninety-two and nineteen one -hundredths
(192.19) feet;
EASTERLY by other land now or formerly of Martin F, McGrath,,
et al, three hundred thirty-nine and fif teen one -
hundredths (339.15) feet;
SOUTHERLY by Sullivan Avenue, so-called,
one hundred seventy-five (175) feet; and
WESTERLY by land now or f or merly of Amelia M. and Edith S.
Watson, four hundred two and forty-three one -
hundredths (402.43) feet.
Being all of the same premises received by the Grantor herein by two
Warranty Deeds from George Batulavitz dated April 8, 1965, and from
Martin F. McGrath, et al, dated April `,,,�-"'1965, respectively, as of
record appears.
Said premises are conveyed subject to a caveat for a water main, and
subject to taxes due to the Town of South Windsor on the Grand List
of January 1, 1965, which caveat and taxes the Grantee herein assumes
and agrees to pay as part consideration for this Deed.
The southwest corner of the above -described premises makes an interior
angle of 900 55l; the northwest corner makes an interior angle of
69 52t 10"; the northeast corner makes an interior angle of 1090
121 50"; and the southeast corner makes an interior angle of 900.

To Have and to Hold the above granted and bargained premises, with the
appurtenances thereof, unto it the said grantee its 1'
successors and assigns forever, to its and their own proper use and behoof.
And also, it the said grantor does for
