Re:Comments on the proposed Caron Agricultural use
Thefollowing are comments on reviewing the proposed site plan for "Soil
Restoration”.
Please provide a soil restoration plan that identifies specific soil types and
amounts proposed.
Will soil be imported onto the site?If so,how will the soil be analyzed to insure
that contamination by invasive plant species is avoided?
Please provide a narrative on the type of agricultural operation proposed.
Present a farm plan with specific information on the types of crops anticipated
and methods of cultivation and harvest.
Please show stabilization vegetation types,rates,and dates.
Show erosion controls associated with the grading activities.
There are numerous pieces of heavy equipment and motor vehicles present on
the site.Please identify the equipment that will be utilized in the agricultural
operation and their respective uses.
