Hill Posi Office as well as an aparfmenf.The applicanf has used fhis locafion
in fhe pasf for lnspirafion House as well as for fhe Giving Tree (a card,giff and
book shop)approved fhrough a ZBA femporary and condiiional permif.The
curreni use is fhe invenforying of fhe cards and books of fhe “Inspirafion
House Publishers."There are no refail sales and all shipmenfs are made
direcfly from fhe Easf Windsor Hill Posi Office.
.The applicanf’s previous descripfion indicafes fhaf fhe level of acfivify is
approximafely 4 hours a week and would enfail fhe owner‘s car being
parked in fhe Easf Windsor Posf Office parking area.
.The wording of fhe T &C permif regulafion is Thai,“Temporary and
condifional permifs may be granfed by fhe Commission for a period nof fo
exceed fwo years.Such approval may be given offer a Public Hearing if,in
fhe judgmenf of fhe Commission,fhe public convenience and welfare will
be subsfanfially served,and fhe appropriafe use of neighboring properfy will
nof be subsfanfiaHy or permanenfly injured,and fraffic and ofher hazards will
nof resulf from such use.”

Please be advised that the Flaming and Zoning Commission at its April 28,2020 meeting
approved with conditions the above-referenced request for the renewal of a two yeartemporaryandconditionalpermit(Section 2.13a)to allow an office for Inspiration House
Publishers in the existing Post Office building,on property located at 1865 Main Street,
A-40 zone.This approval is subject to the following terms and conditions:
l.The permit is for a two year renewal and will expire on April 28,2022.If this use
is to continue beyond that date,a renewal will be required.
