Know all men by these presents,that for D011ar(s)and other
valuable consideration received from the town of South Windsor,Connecticut,
(hereinafter Grantee)each of the undersigned Grantors hereby grants to said Town,its
agents and assigns,a Temporary Construction Easement upon the portion of the
property in said Town as described in Exhibit A in which each of the undersigned
Grantors has an interest as described in a deed recorded in Volume Page of
the Land Records of said Town,to wit:
Said Temporary Construction Easement is shown as “Temporary Construction

Said Temporary Construction Easement hereby being granted is for the purpose of the

The Grantors grant to Grantee,its agents,and assigns,for the above described
purpose:
1.The right to enter upon the herein above described easement area and to drive
vehicles and construction equipment on and across same;
2.The right to excavate in,or to disturb the surface of,said easement area;
3,The right to store and stockpile surplus or excavated material within said easement
area during construction;
4.The right to survey said easement area and mark the location of the above
described easement by suitable markers;
5.The right to do all other acts upon said easement area necessary for the efficient
completion of the purposes stated herein.
The Grantee,for itself,its successors and assigns,covenants and agrees with the
Grantors,their heirs and assigns:
l.To identify and save Grantors,their heirs and assigns,harmless from any and all
damage to property or person caused by the exercise of any of the rights grantedhereunder,or by an negligent act or omission of it or any of its agents,servants
and/or employees in the course of their employment;

2.To restora the land Within said easement to as nearly its present condition as
possible commensurate with the above provided uses;
