GENERAL NOTES
I. There tyre no Regulated Inland Wetlands on this site as per the Offic
Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Map, Town of South Windsor, Hartfol
County, dyed 1984.
2. Septic Tank and Leaching Field shall be installed per the Connecticut
Public Health Code Regulations and Technical Standards for Subsurfac+
Sewage Disposal Systems.
3. Septic Tank and Leaching Field is not within 50 feet of an open wate
course.
4. Septic Tank and Leaching Field is not within 200 feet of any Domesti
or Public Well.
5. Water ?o be supplied by the Connecticut Water Company.
6. Septic Tank to be Reinforced to accept H-20 Loading with fill as
noted.
7. THIS KIAP IS NOT VALID UNLESS EMBOSSED WITH THE SEAL OF
THE SIGNATORY SHOWN BELOW.
8. Surfaci storm water run-off shall be directed away from septic
system area.
9. Horizo{ital and Vertical Control is based on Metropolitan District
Commission Datum.
