Any animal importer who intends to offer for sale.acioplion or transfer any dag or cat at a vanue or
location that is open to the public or at an outdoor locaiion,including.but not limited to.a parking ‘0‘
or shopping center,shall provide notice to the Department of Agricutture and the municipa‘zomng
enforcement Officer of the town where any such sale.adoption or transfer wilt occur.not later than ten
days prior to such event
