There are going to be a whopping 15 dates for Nightmare Acres this year.That is the most we have had.We are also going to have no hard stop for when it closes in the evening.if people keep coming then it will stay open. The dates are as follows 09/25,10/01,10/02,10/08,10/09,10/10,10/15,10/16,10/22,10/23,10/24,10/29,10/30,11/05,and 11/06. We supply security for the event and parking attendants like usual. Dude’s Donuts and Woody’s Hot Dogs will be there as vendors like they were in 2019. Iwill be working on a liquor permit again to sell beer and wine there.Almost got it in 2019 but liquor control wanted us to have a successful 2019 and then they were going to issue it in 2020. The event will run from September 25 through November 6 with the hours of operation for the haunted walk on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays starting at 7 PM with no specific end time, rather closing when the crowds are gone. 3. Parking for the event will be onsite with overflow parking on the property directly across the street at 195 Governor’s Highway. Portable lighting is proposed to be used and other measures include security parking attendant. 4. The applicant is requesting a permit to offer beer and wine for sale per state requirements under their permit for Nomads. The Health Department indicated that any food and/or beer wine served at the venue would require a temporary event permit. 5. The wording of the T & C permit regulation is that, “The wording of the T & C permit regulation is that, “Temporary and conditional permits may be granted by the Commission for a period not to exceed 2 years.
