Dear Mr.Dzen:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a resub&ivision of property into parcel A and
parcel B,located on the east side of Abby Road,subject to the following
conditions:
1.The 50-foot right—of—way located southerly of Parcel A and
Parcel B shall be indicated on the map
2.The placement of the existing house on the lot located westerly
of Parcel B shall be shown on the map.
The variance granted from the Zoning Board of Appeals allowing
less than the required frontage on Abby Road shall be shown on
the map.
A key map drawn to a scale of one inch equals 200 feet,with names
of abutting property owners indicated on the map,in accordance
with Section 3.2 of the Subdivision Regulations,shall be submitted.
A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $50.shall be submitted.
The sanitary disposal system shall be approved by the Pollution
Control Department.
The approval of this resubdivision allows for Parcel B to be
considered one building lot.Before the issuance of a Building
Permit for Lot B,item 2.6.b of the Town of South Windsor
Subdivision Regulations shall be complied with.
A black and transparent map,printed on polyester film,shall be
submitted.This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the letter approving the variance from the Zoning

Board of Appeals shall be reproduced on this map as part of the
final plans.The final map shall be stamped and signed,by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and filed,at your expense,in the
Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
