Dear Mr.Sprenkel:
We have reviewed olans for subsurface sewage disposal for Lots l anda2 of a
preposed l5~lot subdivision owned by Morton Shimelman and Josebh Vinia located
on Main Street in South Windsor.Plans were prepared by Morton S.Fine and
Associates,Inc.,and submitted to our office for review due to observed groundwaterconditions.
Plans indicate e.ground water intercepting drain,will be installed on both lots
to control seasonally high.ground water conditions as observed in soil testing
conducted during the wet period of the year.It is recommended the following
changes be made to the proposed system to assure effective operation:
ls Invert elevations for both systems should be raised approximatelgmjmg feet
