Property lines, dimensions, limits of wetlands soil, and miscellaneous information taken from Class A-2 survey map entitled "Site Plan for Rose Mulka, 1540 Main Street, South Windsor, Connecticut, Scale: 1" = 40', August 1995, Latest Revision Date (#6): March 13, 2003" by Neriani Surveying, Avon, Ct. 2. Locations of proposed house, soil tests, spot elevations, existing driveway, existing fence, existing well on adjacent property and miscellaneous information taken from field Survey (May 2003) and worksheet prepared by Neriani Surveying, Avon, Ct. 3. This plan is schematic; Adjustments of the locations and elevations of the house and septic system may be necessary to conform to field conditions. Any changes in the design (if required) must be approved by both the Design Engineer and the South Windsor Sanitarian. 4. All construction methods and materials shall conform to the regulations and requirements of the Town of South Windsor and the Connecticut Public Health Code Technical Standards. 5. No subsurface investigations were made other than those indicated. Subsurface problems are the responsibility of the Owner. The exact locations of any underground utilities are unknown and are the responsibility of the Contractor and/or Owner should any be encountered during construction. The Contractor shall utilize the "Call Before You Dig Number" (1-800-922-4455) prior to the start of construction. 6. The septic system is for sanitary sewage disposal only. All stormwater runoff, cooling water, subsurface drainage, hazardous wastes, etc., shall be excluded from the septic system. 7. The septic system shall not be constructed under wet conditions. 8. Provide proper grading on site to divert surface stormwater runoff away from the house and septic system. 9. The Owner or Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals prior to I he start of construction. SEPTIC SYSTEM DESIGN DATA 1. Number of bedrooms in proposed house = 4 bedrooms 2. Septic tank size required (precast concrete, two -compartment) = 1250 gallons ,,. _ ..Uieiof ,,,..o6ii =Less uIaT: I.r ml.,iin 4. Effective leaching area required = 660 sq. ft. 5. Linear feet of 12"-high by 4'-wide by 8'-long precast concrete = 112 11 leaching chambers required (5.9 sf / If) 6. Linear feet of 12"-high by 4'-wide by 8'-long precast concrete = 112 Lf. Oil tank(s) will be located in house basement. 3. If a garbage disposal will be installed in the proposed house, it is recommended that the septic tank size be increased by a minimum of 250 gallons. 4. No fixtures are proposed in house basement. 5.
