'rhis property appears to be level.It this is the case, it is recommended that the septic system be installed in the rear of the house to allow sufficient room for reserve ;area.Reserve area must be indicated on the plan. 'The depth of the percolation test is not known.The perco— lation test must be at the level at which the system is installed.The observation pit must extend to four feet ibelow the bottom of the system.Was any soil mottling or Iground water observed?Was the percolation test hole pre— soaked?The percolation test and observation pit must be observed by a representative of the Town. Elevations of the tank,D-box or dry wells are now shown. 'These must be indicated on the plan. IDistances from the well,house,street line,or between leaching pits are not indicated as they should be.
