Dear Mr.Foran:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of January 5,1999,gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential building lot atAveryStreet,as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Foran Subdivision ...Prepared forStephenForan-South Windsor,Connecticut"by Engitek,Inc.,Glastonbury,CT;Drawing No.A-98-45-K1,Key Map dated 10/15/98,no revisions;Drawing No.A-98-45-S1,SubdivisionMapdated10/15/98,revised 11/18/98;and Drawing No.A—98-45-D1,Details,Notes,Approvalsdated10/15/98,revised 11/18/98 and 12-22-98,and subject to the following conditions:
1.Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2.Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will begivenoncethesewerlinehasbeeninstalledandinspectedbytheTownstaff,and baseduponthewrittenverificationoftheTownstaffthatsaidsanitarysewerlinewasinstalledinsubstantialconformancewiththedesignplanspreviouslyapprovedbytheAuthority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating tosanitarysewerconstruction.
3;The system shall be a force main with grinder pump.
4.An electrical outlet shall be provided for emergency generator hookup.
5.A 25-foot right—of-way,with an easement in favor of the in formpropertyowner,aacceptabletotheSouthWindsorTownAttomey,shall be provided.
6.The application shall be subject to Town of Vernon approval and subject to ofsubjectpaymentthesewerassessmenttotheTownof

7.This approval letter must be superimposed on the fmal approval plans.

Dear Fred:
l have reviewed the plans you have provided this department under your cover
letter dated January 26,1999 concerning the above referenced subdivision.My
understanding is that it consists of 2 lots,one of which (lot 2)desires to
connect to the sewer in the Chase Orchards Subdivision,more specifically,on
Talcott Ridge Road.
As you are aware,the sewer assessment for Chase Orchards was determined to
be $2,350 per acre.The assessment for the Foran development,which is
utilizing the Hockanum River Trunk Sewer,should be based on the same cost
per acre as Chase Orchard.ln addition,there is a connection charge of $400.00.
Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions regarding this
matter.
