Dear Mr.Mannarino:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of July 13,1999,gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a 32-lot residentialsubdivisionattheeasterlysideofAveryStreet,as more specifically shown on the followingCutlerRidgeIIdrawingspreparedbyAlfordAssociatesInc.,Windsor,CT,all of said drawingsdatedOctober16,1998 and revised as follows:Sheet 1 rev.10-30-98,1-1 1-99,1—28—99,4—27—99,and 5-3-99Sheet2rev.12—10-98,1-1 1-99,1-28—99,2-5—99,4-27-99,5-3-99,and 7-6-99Sheet3rev.11-13-98,1-1 1-99,1-28-99,5—3-99,and 7—6-99Sheets4and7revised11-13-98,12-10—98,1-1 1-99,1-28—99,5—3-99,and 7-6-99Sheet8rev.1—28-99Sheet9rev.1-11-99 and 1—28—99Sheet10rev.1143-98,12—10—98,1—11-99,and 1-28-99Sheet16rev.12-10-98,1-1 1-99,2-5—99,and 7-6-99Sheet17rev.1-1 1—99 and 7-6-99Sheet19rev.7-6—99.
Application is further subject to the following conditions:
1.Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will begivenoncethesewerlinehasbeeninstalledandinspectedbytheTownstaff,and baseduponthewrittenverificationoftheTownstaffthatsaidsanitarysewerlinewasinstalledinsubstantialconformancewiththedesignplanspreviouslyapprovedbytheAuthority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating tosanitarysewerconstruction.
2.This approval is subject to a satisfactory review of the project drawings by theSuperintendentofPollutionControlandtheTownEngineeringDepartment.

3.This application shall b6 subject to the final technical approval of the Town of SouthWindsorEngineeringDepartment.
4.This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
