The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of October 6,1998,grantedapprovalofawaiveroftheAuthority's basement service requirement,based on the uniqueness of theunusuallyhighrockledgeconditionsencounteredinthissubdivision,which would necessitate blastingthroughaminimumoffivefeetofrockledgetoinstallbasementserviceinthisspecificsubdivision;it isthereforedeemedappropriatetograntawaiverofthebasementservicerequirementandtomakeitclearthattheintentofthisapproval1stolimitthewaivertothisparticular51-lot subdivision.
All other previously-stated terms and conditions and all previously-approved drawings shall remain ineffect.
