The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of April 3,2007,approved theapplicationaspresentedforconnectiontotheTown’s sewerage system for the Kilkenny Heights SubdivisionlocatedonAbbeRoad,South Windsor,CT as more specifically shown on plans entitled,“Kilkenny Heights,Subdivision,South Windsor,Connecticut;Prepared by Alford Associates,Inc.,Inc.,Windsor,CT:Sheet Nos:6,7,9,&10,Dated:12/20/06,with revision dates of 2/15/07,2/28/07,3/5/07,&3/7/07”;and subject to thefollowingconditions:
1.Contingent upon the approval by the Flaming &Zoning Commission.
2.Should there be any significant change in sewer locations,they must come before the Commission again.
3.Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department
4.Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewerlinehasbeeninstalledandinspectedbytheTownstaff,and based upon the written verification of the TownstaffthatsaidsanitarysewerlinewasinstalledinsubstantialconformancewiththedesignplansapprovedbytheAuthority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating tosanitarysewerconstruction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
