The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its
regular meeting on February l,1994,approved the Sanitary Sewerage
System involving the use of a low pressure system with grinder
pumps for the 4—lot Subdivision on Abbe Road,as detailed on the
plans entitled Mary I.Ahearn,155 Abbe Road,South Windsor,Plan
#93008,Dated 2/10/94 Engineer,Lucek Engineering Associates,Inc.
subject to the following conditions:
1.Town Engineering technical approval
2.Location of cleanout valves must be clearly shown on
plans;
3.Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitaryhasbeensewerageconnectionwillbegivenoncethesewerbasedinstalledandinspectedbytheTownstaff,and uponsaidthewrittenverificationoftheTownstaffthatinsanitarysewerwasinstalledbythedeveloperin
substantial conformance with the design plans previously TownapprovedbytheAuthority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications
relating to sanitary sewer construction;amd

4.This approval letter must be superimposed into the final
approval plans.
