Data Block We are pleased to advise you that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted on October 28,
Zone - GC 1997 to approve with modifications the above referenced application for an amendment to
Lot Area -1.21 Ae. Site Plan of Development for propery located at 395 John Fitch Boulevard, I zone as shown
on plans prepared by J. R. Russo & Associates, No. 97042 and dated June 11, 1997. This
50 Building Line approval is subject to the following modifications:
15' Rear Line
10' Side Line 1. Parking of used vehicles is allowed only within designated areas on the site plan.
Maximum Building Coverage Allowed - 30% 2. The approval is effective upo : a signed lease agreement with the State granting
