No site improvements are proposed on the existing house lot, but a new house and driveway is proposed on lot #2. Currently, lot #2 is partially wooded and partially meadow. To prevent an increase in stormwater runoff due to the construction of new impervious surfaces, a rain garden has been designed to collect, store and infiltrate runoff from the proposed development portion of the site. At the time of house permitting, the rain garden will be modified as needed based on the proposed watershed to the rain garden and the percent impervious coverage within said watershed.
