Dear Mr.Waltos:
On August 26,2014,this department received a B100a application for the proposed 27 foot
diameter above-ground pool to be instailed on your property.
Upon review of the information provided on your application,the proposal has been approved with
the following conditions:
o A minimum of 1 O feet is to be maintained between the pool and the septic system.
o In the future if your existing septic system fails,you may be required to remove the pool if
the area is needed for a septic repair.
Be advised,you must obtain all appropriate approvals from other town departments prior to
commencing work on this project.
