Dear Mr.Bill Jodice,
The South Windsor Water PoHution Control Authority,at its Regular Meeting on June 4,2024,gave
approval for a connection to the town’s sewage system for the proposed 30,200 square feet commercial
building,more specifically shown on plans entitled,”Startline Development LLC.90,100 &120 South
Satellite Road,South Windsor,Connecticut",prepared by PDS Engineering &Construction,lnc.,
Bloomfield,CT;Sheet C-4,"Site Grading &Utility Plan”,dated April 30,2024,and revised May 13,2024.
The approval is subject to the following conditions:
Technical approval by the Engineering Department;
The sewer line is installed in substantial conformance with the design plans;
Payment of the following charges will be updated and due at the time of connection,the
rates for which will be in effect until June 30,2024:
i.Connection charge based on 3.32 buildable acres.
ii.Capacity charge for one 1.5”water meter.
iii.Benefit Assessment based on minimum Industrial zone frontage of 100’.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
