location of a dry well to be constructed by me to receive washing machine
water only.This plot is forward to you at the request of Mr.Burkhart
per our telephone conversation at #:15 p.m.on June 6,l963.It is
understood that the regulations described to me in this conversation will be
adhered to during the construction of this well.
