Re:
i have reviewed the above Site Plan and have the following comments:
1.The proposed silt fence along Burnham Street needs to be moved back onto this property.
2.Isthere an outlet from the proposed rain garden in front of the site?Where will water from this
area drain?
What is the elevation of the east end ofthe proposed trench drain across the driveway and is
this end open or closed?include a detail for this trench drain.
Show the elevations of the proposed roof leaders at the building so the flow direction is clear
Why are the gutter drains from the front and side connected as these connect the front rain
garden to the rear storm water detention basin, which i do not think is beneficial.lsuggest the
roof leaders from the east side and rear of the building run to the rear detention basin and the
roof leaders from the front of phase Z building run to the front rain garden and they not be
connected.
Isuggest the elevation of the outlet pipe in the detention basin outlet structure be raised to
60.5 to insure positive drainage.
The Stormwater Management report should include a narrative and summary description with
tables/figures of pre and post development flows and Stormwater quality treatment flow needs
and measures on site.
include an operations and maintenance plan for the stormwater system.
Label the pipe size, type and invert elevations of the sanitary lateral at the building and in the
SMH in the street and the proposed slope between.Show the existing inverts in and out of the
SMH in the street.
10.At least one clean-out to grade needs to be installed in the sanitary lateral and this should be at
the first bend from the street in the driveway nearthe parking spaces.
11.WPCA review and approval is needed for development.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
