RE: Dwelling units above recreation hall at Westage
Condominiums
I discussed the two dwelling units referenced above with
the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 10, 1990 .
The Commission concurred that the two units may be combined
into one dwelling unit, provided that the dwelling unit's occupants
are involved with the operation and/or maintenance of the condominium
complex. It is the Commission's understanding that the original
intent of the dwelling units over the clubhouse was for the use of
maintenance personnel.
