If you receive your water from a private well,please let us know the location as it relatestoyourhomebyprovidingtwomeasurementsfromthefoundationtothewellinthespaceprovidedandletusknowifthewellisusedfordomestic,lawn and garden,oragriculturaluse.See example below.
