Dear Mr. Patria,
This is to confirm our recent conversation regarding your property at 1676 Ellington
Road in South Windsor.
Due to the fact that your existing well and septic system are closer than present day
standards allow it was discussed and agreed upon that you would submit to the Health
Department water testing results from the well to determine water quality every six
months. Bacterial and routine chemical analysis is sufficient.
It was also discussed and agreed upon that by the end of a three year period from
occupancy, you would either connect to the public water, public sewers, or both.
If you have questions please feel free to call me at (860) 644-2511 extension 248.
Yours truly,
Robert Deptula, R.S.
