Dear Sir: A percolation test was taken on above referenced property on August 2, 1974, the results of which are shown below. Test excavations in the area showed no ground water or ledge within 8 feet of the surface. The stabilized percolation rate was determined to be 52 minutes per inch. No more filling of this property shall be done without approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission. 2. The south and west edges of the developed parcel where filling has taken place shall be regraded to slopes of a maximum of 3:1. These slopes;;shall be stabilized from erosion by planting with suitable grasses as soon as possible. 3. A performance bond in the amount of $500 shall be submitted to insure the proposed plantings and regrading of the south and west slopes. 4. The proposed plantings as shown on the site plan shall be identified as to type and size. 5.
