This approval is for the site plan modification for conversion to office space on property located at 280 Sullivan Avenue, I zone as shown on plans prepared by Design Professionals, Inc., Job No. 1581, dated June 26, 2002, as revised. This approval is subject to the following modifications: 1. Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff. 2. An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy per Section 8.1.10 of the Zoning Regulations. 3. A landscape bond in the amount of$5000 is required and must be submitted prior to filing of mylars. 4.
