Once properly bagged, wrapped, and labeled, the abated materials were placed in two (2) six cubic yard roll-offs and transported by RED Technologies LLC and properly disposed at Minerva Enterprises landfill located at 9000 Minerva Road in Waynesburg, Ohio (permit #PO 104984). The two (2) waste manifests (#s 112782 and 1 12783) are included as Attachment A. Prior to the removal of the negative pressure work area encapsulation, five (5) final air clearance samples were collected and submitted to EMSL Analytical, Inc. of Wallingford, Connecticut, for asbestos fiber analysis by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) by EPA 40 CFR Part 763 Appendix A to Subpart E. No asbestos fibers were detected. The certificate of analysis is included as Attachment B.
