Gas-Fired Water Boilers TING
The Utica Heating 15B Series II Boiler has been
redesigned with new control features making it an
ideal 2012 DOE Compliant home heating solution
with fuel efficiencies of 82%AFUE.
SYSTEM FEATURES
■ New 2012 DOE Compliant Control-
An integrated Hi-Limit Control, Vent Damper
Control and Intermittent Spark Control housed
under a protective cover. Utilizes thermal purge
logic to maximize fuel savings.
• ■ Quality Heat Exchanger Design -
The 15B Series II features a robust cast iron
heat exchanger for longevity. The sections
are connected with cast iron push nipples,
which expand and contract at the same rate
as the sections ensuring a water tight seal.
The 15B Series II is available in a full
range of sizes from 45 MBH up to
295 MBH Input capacity.
S\C
■ Efficiency — The 15B Series II provides "NG
an annual fuel utilization efficiency of 82% s
as certified by the US Department of Energy
testing standards. _
i
■ Easy Installation and Maintenance -
A compact design, low profile draft hood and
top supply piping connections allow for easier 1. r
installation. The pilot is mounted to the front
of the burner base.

These computed results should be treated as estimates only and should be viewed as only one of the many tools required for a
professional installation. The installing contractors experience and expert judgement are also major factors in sizing and installing a
complete system. The weather, customer usage, duct installation, and structure design may vary on each estimate and should be taken
into account.Correct system sizing is based on the systems ability to meet both latent and sensible heat requirements, not just total
BTUs.
