Dear Ms. St.Amand:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
#29588 for your pool is(are)still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate of Use prior to using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection after setting up,but before use of the pool.
All permits should be closed by June 30,2004. Should you have any problem meeting
this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be
opened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Use, a caveat may
be placed in the land records stating Building Code Violations exist on your property.
Please call Shirley at 644-2511 ext.230 should you have any questions regarding this
letter or to schedule the necessary inspections specified on the pool checklist. Our office
hours are 8a.m.to 4:30p.m.
