At the property line with 24 Wendy Drive. trees/shrubs extend more than two feet over the property line. The general overall appearance of 34 Wendy in regards to trees and shrubs is in poor condition, (ex. shrubs not trimmed, trees growing out of shrubs against house). Because of the poor condition of 34 Wendy, it has become an eyesore to the neighborhood and a cause of property devaluation to the surrounding neighbors.
