(Whitestone) is pleased to provide this third-party testing and inspection summary letter for the above referenced project. Whitestone has performed construction phase testing and inspection services in connection with this project from September 16, 2020 to December 9, 2020. The project consists of construction of an ALDI grocery store with a footprint of approximately 19,200 square feet and associated pavement,landscaped areas,and utilities. During construction,Whitestone reviewed foundation subgrades,cast-in-place concrete construction,and structural steel erection. Based on Whitestone's observations and tests, the structural elements of the project observed and tested by Whitestone have been completed in general conformance with project requirements. Field and laboratory reports documenting Whitestone's observations and tests have been issued under separate cover. Statements regarding building construction are based on the results of Whitestone's testing and observations at specific times and locations. No warranty is provided.
