State Building Codes require the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy prior to using the proposed screened in deck. Please contact our office for a final inspection. All permits should be closed by March 3, 2009. Should you have any problem meeting this date, please send our office-a letter stating the reasons. If the proposal is being used without the benefit of a Certification of Occupancy, a caveat may be placed in the land records stating a Building Code Violation exists on your property.
