COMMENTS/STIPULATIONS:
Approval is given for reconstruction of a collapsed barn at 1689 Main Street. The barn is to be
similar to the collapsed building and built on the existing foundation,with the exterior finish
simulated texture 1-11,similar to the existing barn;the garage doors insulated overhead metal;
windows double hung vinyl,matching house;and roofing to be asphalt tab shingles,matching
current barn and house. Approval comes with the stipulation that the HDC reviews and
approves specifications for the garage doors and main access door before they are purchased
or installed.
