It is the purpose and intent of this deed to merge two parcels into one parcel known as 1678
Main Street,South Windsor,Connecticut. The first parcel was known as 1678 Main Street
and consists of two parcels described in deeds recorded in Volume 94 at Page 357 and
Volume 117 at Page 491,all of the South Windsor Land Records. The third parcel was
known as 1680 Main Street,South Windsor,Connecticut and was described in a deed
recorded in Volume 122 at Page 84 of the South Windsor Land Records.
Said premises are subject to and together with the following:
1. Any and all provisions of any ordinances,municipal regulations or public or.private law and
any and all other facts that an accurate survey or physical review of the premises would disclose;
provided they do not interfere with the present location of any building now located on the
property or prevent the use of the property as a residence.
2. Building,building line and zoning restrictions as established by the Town of South Windsor.
3. Taxes on the Grand List of October 1,2021 and thereafter,which taxes the Grantee herein
