We can not install your pool with out a permit or an official letter from your town/city stating a permit is not required. b. If you have your pool installed with out a permit you could be subject to monetary penalties from your town up to and including having to take your pool down. 3) Where do I get my permit? a. You acquire your permit from your local town/city building department. b. Many town have web sites that can assist(search: town of<town name>) 4) What information do I need to get my permit? a. A scaled drawing of your property showing placement of your pool. b. You'll need documentation showing the size, shape,and type of pool you own. Your receipt will typical suffice. If not,additional infonnation can be provided at your local Namco. c. Your town/city may also require information on your ladder,filter,motor, &other items.These forms and others are available at your local Namco if needed. 5) How much does my permit cost? a. Prices can vary by territory but the permit cost will generally range from $50-$150,exceptions are possible. b) How long does it take to get my permit? a. It depends on your towns offices. Some offices meet weekly and others less frequently. It's always a good idea to start the process right away to avoid any potential delays. 7) How long is my permit good for? a. Once your permit is acquired they are generally good for a minimum of 30 days up to a maximum of 180 days. Your town can provide you with an accurate term for your permit. 8) What do I do with my permit once my pool is installed? a. After your installation is complete,your town will schedule a final inspection of the site.
