The building is the former New York Meat Company and I want to convert it into industrial space as the home for my manufacturing business, Turbo Specialists, currently on 52F Connecticut Ave in South Windsor. I have enclosed two files for planning purposes. The "Floor Plan.jpg" is a scanned document of the floor plan when I purchased the building. The heavy black lines indicate those non load bearing interior walls to be removed which is everything but the boiler room and shipping and receiving area. The"SouthWindsorShopPlan3_5_08.pdr is a plan for the office renovation. The rest of the space will remain open for manufacturing.
