Our records show that there has been no communication from you regarding your
building.permit for(a)deck under permit number#29783.A building permit expires after
sixmonths of project inactivity.The last activity on record for this project was on
7/10/03. Please indicate the current status regarding this project within a week of
receiving this letter and arrange for the required inspections. State Building Codes require
the issuance of a Certificate of Use prior to the use of your deck.
One month from the mailing of this letter, if action is not taken on your part a Caveat will
be placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
We will not try to contact you again prior to doing so.
The inspectors are available for making inspections from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to
4:00 p.m. Please call 644-2511 Ext. 230 to schedule the required inspections.
