That said, I cheated a hair here, the posts are 6', your sign extends a tad above that... I'll let you decide if we can get away with that. The tenant panels are 12" x 78", total signage is 55" x 78", which is just a tad less than 30 square feet so other than being a few inches too tall it's legal. You requested gold/green posts, and I'm happy to do that, but I made them white just trying to keep the costs down a little more. The way I have this configured, the posts are 6x6 pressure treated with white vinyl sleeves over them and white vinyl decorative caps. the white vinyl will last a long time, and is easy to maintain, and the white actually makes the sign pop very nicely. I put a white border around your sign, so it all ties together and I think will look sharp. I did put some dark green scollops on the posts to tie them into the sign... The tenant panels are all aluminum, boxed at 1.5" thick so they are not thin panels, the dimension will add character, especially between the 6" posts. Your panel is 1.5" thick MDO, (two sheets of .75" thick laminated together) primed and painted, then lettered. I would love to make that panel out of PVC so you don't have wood/paint there, however I'm skeptical of the pvc warping, even at that thickness. The dark green and black are vinyl, then all the lettering is dimensional lettering as we discussed, which will add a HUGE amount of appeal. For the tenant graphics I threw something on there really fast, I thought it made a big difference in how the sign looks overall. I just used a nice font for the attorney, and as you can see for agnelli I cropped part of their logo off the site sign there in front, and since I have that font I typed out "real estate" I can take a few minutes and completely re-create their logo so it doesn't look so sloppy like on the site sign there if this project is a go. All that said, price on this comes up to $3324.60 plus tax, $325 installation, and permit should have have us do permit. Sorry this isn't in the form of a formal quote, as you know I'm a little behind the gun right now, so wanted to get something to you to get things rolling. for the tenant panels, I would figure $445 each for those, I think that's a fair amount.... gives you an idea where you would stand in regards to your investment in this vs. theirs....
