permit costs may be required by the building
official.
(f) Moving of buildings. The permit fee for
moving a building shall be $15.00 per thousand,
or fraction thereof, of the estimated cost of the
move.Any additional costs,such as traffic control
or newspaper advertising, shall be paid by the
applicant in addition to the permit fee.
(g) Demolition. The permit fee for the demoli-
tion of buildings shall be$15.00 per thousand, or
fraction thereof, of the estimated cost of the

• DRAINAGE CONNECTION CONCURRENCE
This Drainage Connection Concurrence hereinafter referred to as the Concurrence
made and concluded at Rocky Hill . Connecticut, this Ist day of _.November
19 eg . by and between the State of Connecticut. Department of Transportation, acting
bite—in by the Transportation Chief Engineers Departeent of Transportation; Bureau of
Sighways, duly authorised, and hereinafter referred to as the State, and
South Windsor Garage, Incorporated

WITNESSMi That, whereas, the State has issued permit number 1 - 104694 to
establish a private connection to the Bureau of Highways storm drainage system as
follows$
The building site located at #1179 John Fitch Boulevard (Route S) in the Town of
South Windsor shall be drained by a 6" PVC. This fill PVC outlets a newly constructed
on-site yard drain, then runs for 43 I.f. in a northerly direction and inlets and
existing State catch basin located on the vast side of Route S at the intersection
of Glendale Road in the Town of South Windsor. Connecticut.
WHEREAS, such connection may. in the future, prove a detriment to said drainage
system by reason of contamination, overloading, malfunction, relocation or other
causes,
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, thatj it is understood and agreed, between the parties
hereto, that this Concurrence is a temporary privilege to make and maintain a certain
drainage connection as above des,aribeds that only clear and uncontaminated water will
be discharged through said connections that in the event that the State deems it
advisable. convenient or necessary to design. construct* reconstruct or relocate its
highway and/or highway appurtenances or any other construction activity within the
area of said connection, the Owner shall bear the entire cost of relocating the
connection that may be required as a result of such future State scttvitys that if
in the opinion of the State. the connection malfunctions or ceases to function or
Causes any damage or any threat of damage to State property. the Owner shall I=*-
diately reciify such condition or the State shall take steps to repair such damage
and/or threat of damage and all cost incurred thereby shall be reimbursed by the
Owner and an) and all consequential damageso if any, resulting from such action
shall be borpe completely by the Owners that the State reserve the right to block
off and/or d1sconnect the connection as a means of removing any further threat of
damages that the Owner is making the connection totally at his own risk and should
the Owner incur any damage as a result of the State drainage system backing up or
flooding, or malfunctioning or ceasing to function in any manner, the State or its
agents will not be liable in any respects that the Owner shall indemnify and save
.hsrmless the State, its officers, igents and employees from all claims, suits.
actions, damages and cost of every name and description caused by or resulting
from the connections that all the obligations incurred by the Owner under this
Concurrence shall be binding upon any successors in interest to the Owner and they
shall be permanently bound to maintain the connection as long as it shall so exist.
