Re: Strawberry Fields Subdivision
Dear Mr. Semprebon:
Pursuant to our recent discussion regarding the Town requirement for the developer to
provide a sanitary sewer lateral for the property at 1164 Sullivan Avenue,please provide
me with a status report concerning this issue.
It appears that while laterals were provided for the other properties fronting along the
Sullivan Avenue sewer main extension to the Strawberry Fields Subdivision, a lateral for
1164 Sullivan Avenue was omitted.
The property owner at 1164 Sullivan Avenue has advised me that his septic system has
failed,and therefore,he will need to connect to the sanitary sewer as soon as possible.
This issue requires the immediate attention of and resolution by the Strawberry Fields
developer to avoid project delays because of the need to involve board or commission
intervention.
