1995 CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code portion of the 1999 State

It is my decision to approve this modification, as requested, to allow a
250 square foot accessory structure to be constructed without providing the
required frost protection. This decision is based on Section 1805.2.1, of.the
Building Code which exempts structures 400 square feet or

Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
#28668 for your pool is(are)still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate of Use prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31,2003. Should you have any problems meeting
this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be
opened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.

2. The criteria which must be met is that the apartment can

Notice is hereby given of the pendency of a civil action between the above named parties
by complaint and summons thereon, dated December 30, 2011 and made returnable to the
Superior Court for the Judicial District of Hartford at Hartford on February 21, 2012,which
action is brought to foreclose a Mortgage to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
solely as nominee for Bank of America,N.A. from John F. Ahlberg(now deceased)dated July
13,2010 and recorded July 14, 2010 in Volume 2124 at Page 340 of the South Windsor Land
Records. Said Mortgage was assigned to EverBank by an assignment of Mortgage, dated
December 21, 2011 which is being recorded on the South Windsor Land Records.
Such action specifically requests the following:
1. A foreclosure of said mortgage.
2. Immediate possession of the mortgaged premises.
3. A deficiency judgment. No deficiency will besought against any person whose
obligation under the subject promissory note has been heretofore or hereafter
discharged in bankruptcy.
4. The appointment of a receiver to collect rents and profits accruing from the
premises.
5. Reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
6. Such other relief and further equitable relief as may be required.
The Mortgaged Premises is that certain real property with buildings thereon, situated in
the Town of South Windsor, County of Hartford, and State of Connecticut, which is at 1096
Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut, more particularly bounded and described as set
