It has come tom attention that you are operating a business,

"Malapetsa Associates, LLC" out of your home at 109 Cambridge Drive.
South Windsor regulates home occupations through Section 7.11 of the
zoning regulations, a copy of which is attached for your reference. Minor
home occupations are allowed within the principal building on the
property, and do not allow for outside employees. Major home
occupations, approved through a hearing with the Planning & Zoning
Commission (PZC) do allow for no more than 1 employee not residing at
the property, however there can be no appearance of commercial
activity. Outdoor storage of goods or materials associated with the
business is not allowed.
If you wish to operate this home-based business,you must file the
appropriate permit application on-line at the Town website. Please submit
the permit application by September 10, 2021 to avoid potential
