State Building Codes require the issuance of a Certificate of Use prior to using the proposed garage and mudroom addition. Please contact our office for a final inspection. All permits should be closed by January 31, 2007. Should you have any problem meeting this date, please send our office a letter stating the reasons. If the addition is being used without the benefit of a Certification of Use, a caveat may be placed in the land records stating a Building Code Violation exists on your property. Please call Phyllis at 644-2511 ext. 230, should you have any questions regarding this letter or to schedule the necessary inspections.
