T Deliver}•times are posted after 3:301mi of the day before youscheduled delivery date.� We will call
your primary number the day before to inform you of your delivery time window. Your delivery
will be made rain or shine. We are nol able to accominodatA sM!�cific deliver, time-frame requests
because our travel requires-permitting.
ElDay' of Delivery
We stronRhv-suE!i est that the.customer be home for the delivery of your product and to make final
payment. If the customer cannot be home for the. delivery, final payment must be made the day
before and the site clearly marked for placement.
Final placement will be left to the jud went of the driver if the customer is not Dome.
ElRescheduling
Iiloter Farms must obtain special permits to deliver most of its products. Even those,products not
requiring a permit are almost always scheduled with a permitted load. Any than,dq of ioute requires
new pernuts. Due to this permitting process, any rescheduling must be done 3 daV'S-prior to deliver?.
A S75 rescheduling fee will be incurred for any delivery:rescheduled less than 3 days from the
scheduled delivery date.
ElChanges to Orders
Once vciur order has a delivers- date. chanLyes can no loner be made to your order.
Changes made after product has been ordered will be subject to a restocking fee of I 0-4011io
dep�nding on building and features ordered as well as a delayed delivery date.

Final payment on your order must be made in advance or at the time of delivery with a credit card
(VISA,MC, Discover), check or casl�_ All of our drivers are Kloter Farms employees and axe
authorized to take final payment.
Site Prep by 10oter Farms
If you paid for site-work, 10oter Farms site prep crews w ill contact}Fou approximately 2-5 days
before your deliver), date to schedule your professional site prep installation. Site prep charges
include leveling clear sites up to 6" out of level. If additional work is required, the site prep crew
will charge for extra fill or extra labor. Please stake out the area, including door location.
Pla}yscap a Deliveries
VA7e will need access to your site writh our pickup truck and trailer, minimum clearance of 10' wide.
For safety,playscapes should be placed on a level site. Your playscape will be as level as the
ground it sits on.
