1 Install 3/8"foam backer and install new, vinyl siding D-4.
2. Trim windows with white, aluminum coil stock using stainless steel fasteners.
3. Trim fascia and rake boards with white, aluminum coil stock using stainless
steel fasteners.
4. Install light blocks where needed and split blocks for any pipes which may be
protruding from the home.
5. Install four new louvers/vents in the same color as siding.
6. Install new seamless gutters with hidden hangars and new leaders.
Work to be done on house and free-standing two car garage. No work to be
done on the inside of front and back porch.
Price including building permit and dump fees: $ 15,000.00
Payment as follows:
$ 7,500.00 due at start of job
$ 7,500.00 due day of completion of job
I am a licensed contractor with the State of Connecticut Consumer Protection
Department, #502275. 1 am also a thirty-plus year member of the Better
Business Bureau.
