approved with the following stipulations.
( 1 ) A Building Permit must be obtained from the Town of
South Windsor before proceeding with any work on the SunRoom
(2) The owner of 10 VistaView will be responsible for proper
maintenance on the inside and outside of the SunRoom and the
association will not be responsible for upkeep, repairs and etc.
