Date: 10/13/06 12:36 P M Subject: Buckland Rd Place: chriscalend Starting Monday, October 16th, blasting will begin daily at the LL Bean site at the southern end of Evergreen Walk. The tentative schedule is to have actual blasts three times per day: 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. At the time of each blast, Buckland Rd (both directions) and Tamarack will be shut down in both directions for 3-5 minutes. Buckland will be closed from the Town line to Tamarack. These closures are necessary for the safety of the motoring public and to ensure compliance with the safety requirements of the Blasting company and Konover Construction. The unavoidable closures will result in short periods of congestion. If you must pass through the area during one of these times, the alternate route through the Target/Lowes access road is suggested. The roads may be closed by Police and/or construction personnel. I will let you know if any significant changes develope. All commercial/retail/residential parcels in the area have been notified. The blasting process should be completed within 3 weeks. Manchester Police have been notified and will be monitoring the activity on Monday. Thank you for your patience. 10/13/2006 13 08 FAX 860 242 9375 MD DRILLING & BLASTING 002 M B Setting Earth Shattering Standards PRE BLAST SURVEY TO: The File of Job#7660 FROM: Barbara Barclay DATE: October 13,2006(updated from 9/19/06) RE: So.Windsor,CT.(Evergreen Walk) The table presented below is a log of the structures that were notified by a representative of MD Drilling& Blasting in accordance with pre-blast specifications.
