Dear Mr. Meyer:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a site plan of development of property
located on Burnham Street in an Industrial Zone, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The driveway on parcel "B" shall be contained within that lot.
2. The barn to be dismantled shall not be shown on the plan, and the
word "proposed" shall be removed from the building.
3. The front of each of the buildings on Parcel "C" shall be loamed and
seeded and landscaped.
4. A bond in the amount of $5,000 shall be submitted to insure completion
of the landscaping and adequate construction of the dry -well.
5. Drainage for this site is subject to approval by the Town Engineer.
6. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $150. shall be submitted.
7. The location of the gas pumps and tank shall be approved by the
Fire Marshal of the Town of South Windsor.
8. The sanitary disposal system shall be approved by the Sanitarian of
the Town of South Windsor.

9. A 24" x 36" black and transparent plan, printed on polyester film,
shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to be stamped
and signed. The plan shall be properly stamped in accordance with the
"Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Registration for
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors". The technical portions of
these final plans shall be certified by either a Land Surveyor or a
Professional Engineer, licensed to practice in Connecticut. This
approval letter shall be reproduced on and made a part of the final
plans. A filing fee in the amount of $8.00 per sheet shall be submitted
prior to these plans being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of
the Town of South Windsor. In addition, three paper prints of the
site plan shall be submitted.
